- LOW SEASON (Oct 1 - May 31) rates are for up to EIGHT guests.
- HIGH SEASON (June 1 - Sept 30) and HOLIDAY/EVENTS rates are up to EIGHT guests.
- Children 2 years and older must be included in total number of guests.
- $75 cleaning fee per stay. Extended stays: One lite cleaning per week required at $40 per cleaning.
- Dogs welcome: $10 / per night per pet – two dog max. Pets policy:Must be completely house-trained, non-barkers and are not allowed on any house furnishings.
- Two-night minimum stay. Sorry, we cannot break up weekends.

Check In / Out
The house is available to guests after 3 pm PT on the first of stay until 11 am PT on day of departure.
Payment / Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be made to reserve the house. Please call or email to ensure availability. We accept all forms of payment and credit cards through secure Pay Pal. Checks may be accepted for extended stays only - please email us for more info.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by 12:01 am PT 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that time/date will receive a pro-rated refund IF we are able to re-rent the home. A $15 re-booking fee will be applied.
