- Rates are for up to 6 guests. Additional guests (2) TOTAL: $15 / per night per person.
- Children 2 years+ must be included in total number of guests.
- $75 cleaning fee per stay. Extended stays: One cleaning per week required.
- Dogs welcome: $10 / per night per pet – two dog max.
- Two-night minimum stay–sorry, we cannot break up weekends
- Three-day minimum on the following holidays: Memorial Day, President's Day, Martin Luther King Birthday.
- Four-night minimum stay during folowing holidays: July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

The house is available to guests after 3 pm PT on the first of stay until 11 am PT on day of departure.
Payment / Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be made with your reservation. Please call or email to ensure availibility. We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discovery through secure Pay Pal. Checks may be accepted for extended stays only - please email us for more info.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior (12 am PT) to the first day of your reservation to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after may receive a pro-rated refund IF we are able to re-rent the home. A $15 re-booking fee will be applied.
